Cancel a Minecraft Marketplace Pass Subscription

How do I cancel my Marketplace Pass Subscription?

Your subscription is managed from the store platform where you originally started the subscription. Here’s how to cancel or turn off auto-renewal for each platform:

Android and Chromebook

1. Go to Google Play and sign into the Google account used to purchase your subscription.
2. Select My subscriptions on the left.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Select Manage and Cancel Subscription.

iOS

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Sign into the Apple ID you used when you purchased your subscription.
3. Select the account name.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Select the subscription that you want to manage.
6. Select Cancel Subscription.

Nintendo Switch

1. Open the Nintendo eShop from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu. 
2. Select the Nintendo Account that purchased the subscription.
3. Select your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Select Your Subscriptions to view a list of in-game passes you are subscribed to.
5. Select Turn Off Automatic Renewal next to the in-game subscription to cancel automatic renewal.

PlayStation

1. Sign in to Account Management.
2. Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renew next to the subscription you would like to cancel.

Windows 10 and above

1. Go to the Microsoft Account page and log in to your account.
2. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Update your subscription as needed.

Xbox

1. Sign into Services & Subscriptions with the account you used when you purchased your subscription.
2. Find your subscription.
3. Select Manage.
4. Select Cancel.
5. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
