How do I cancel my Marketplace Pass Subscription?
Your subscription is managed from the store platform where you originally started the subscription. Here’s how to cancel or turn off auto-renewal for each platform:
Android and Chromebook
- Go to Google Play and sign into the Google account used to purchase your subscription.
- Select My subscriptions on the left.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage and Cancel Subscription.

iOS
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Sign into the Apple ID you used when you purchased your subscription.
- Select the account name.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription that you want to manage.
- Select Cancel Subscription.

Nintendo Switch
- Open the Nintendo eShop from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
- Select the Nintendo Account that purchased the subscription.
- Select your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Your Subscriptions to view a list of in-game passes you are subscribed to.
- Select Turn Off Automatic Renewal next to the in-game subscription to cancel automatic renewal.

PlayStation
- Sign in to Account Management.
- Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
- Select Turn Off Auto-Renew next to the subscription you would like to cancel.

Windows 10 and above
- Go to the Microsoft Account page and log in to your account.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Update your subscription as needed.
Xbox
- Sign into Services & Subscriptions with the account you used when you purchased your subscription.
- Find your subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select Cancel.
- Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
