To play Minecraft Preview, you must own the digital version of Minecraft for your platform. Xbox players can also access preview if Minecraft is available to them through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Install Minecraft Preview on PlayStation4/5
- Open Minecraft on your PlayStation.
- Select Settings on the Minecraft Launch screen.
- Go to Preview at the bottom of the Settings menu.
- Select Get Preview for PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5.
- Select Download from the PlayStation Store listing.
Install Minecraft Preview on Xbox One, X/S
- Open the Store and search for Minecraft Preview.
- Select Install.
